Click Quotes/View Quote Log in nav bar

Step 2

Find and click the Quote row(s) you want to mark as lost

Step 3

Click Actions/Mark as Lost

Step 4

Set reason for loss and optional notes

Step 5

Quote's status will show as Quote Lost
