Step 1

Click Quotes/Create Quote in nav bar



 

Step 2

Enter Company, Contact, and an optional Sales Lead for this Company and Contact



 

Step 3

If Company isn't listed, click Create New Company


 

Step 4

Set Company name, industry, and click add



 

Step 5

If Contact isn't listed, click Create New Contact



 

Step 6

Set Contact fields and click add



 

Step 7

In the upper left toolbar, click right arrow to save and continue



 

Step 8

Populate sales person, estimator, quote template, division, project location, due date, closeout rating, description, and internal comments


Note: Division will not be shown if your Organization has disabled it




 

Step 9

Click right arrow to save and continue



 

Step 10

You can change between an external estimate and building an estimate by clicking the Change Estimate Source button in the toolbar


 

Step 11

If you have an estimate already, click the Change Estimate Source button and click Show Simple Estimator


 

Step 12

Select External Estimate Source, cost, and description



 

Step 13

If you want to build an estimate, click through each section on left and add items


 

Step 14

When finished, click the right arrow to save and continue


 

Step 15

Click Yes to start building a Quote letter or No to return to the Quote Log
